摘  要:以燃煤废弃物粉煤灰作为吸附剂,对活性红23和分散蓝56混合染料溶液进行吸附性能研究。实验结果表明:粉煤灰优先吸附离子型的活性染料,混合溶液中对活性红23的吸附能够在30 min达到平衡,而对分散蓝56的吸附则需要150 min才能够达到平衡,吸附动力学符合准二级吸附模型。在弱酸性环境中粉煤灰对分散染料的脱色高于碱性环境;在弱碱性环境对活性染料的脱色效率最高。粉煤灰对染料的恒温吸附可采用Langmuir吸附模型描述。粉煤灰对染料吸附是单分子层、化学吸附过程。Fly ash from coal combustion was used as adsorbent for removal of binary mixtures of dyes from aqueous solution. Soluble Reactive Red 23 and non-soluble Disperse Blue 56 were chosen as pollution materials. Experimental findings showed Reactive Red 23 was absorbed by fly ash prior to Disperse Blue 56, with adsorption equilibriums of Reactive Red 23 within 30 min, while the Disperse Blue 56in 150 min. Adsorption kinetics were fit well with pseudosecond-order kinetic model. The maximum removal rate of Disperse Blue 56 was at acid pH, while reactive red 23 was at basic pH. Equilibrium data of the two dyes by fly ash were fitted to Langmuir isotherms. The adsorption of binary mixtures of dyes was a monolayer process which was controlled by chemisorptions.
