摘 要:采用膜生物反应器(Membrane bioreactor,MBR)工艺处理磷霉素制药废水,考察了MBR反应器的启动过程及MBR工艺对磷霉素废水的处理效果和稳定性。结果表明,COD值为1 498.9 mg/L,总磷浓度为105.4 mg/L,有机磷浓度为98.0 mg/L的磷霉素废水,反应器在启动30 d后MBR内的污泥驯化基本完成,出水水质趋于稳定,COD去除率达80.0%以上,有机磷的去除率达45.3%,NH4+-N去除率达98.9%,出水NH4+-N浓度维持在2.0 mg/L以下。启动期间,MBR跨膜压差和膜通量基本保持稳定,膜污染现象不显著。Fosfomycin pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by membrane bioreactor (MBR) process. The start-up process of MBR was investigated, and the treatment efficiency and operation stability of MBR were studied. For the fosfomycin pharmaceutical wastewater with COD of 1,498.9 mg/L, TP of 105.4 mg/L and OP of 98.0 mg/L, the results showed that the activated sludge in MBR could be acclimated within 30 days. Average removal rates of COD, organic phosphorus and ammonium nitrogen were 80.0% ,45.3% and 98.9% respectively. The effluent ammonium nitrogen concentration remained below 2.0 mg/L. In the start-up period, the transmembrane pressure and permeate flux kept stable, and membrane fouling was acceptable.
