摘  要:开发投资省、耐冲击负荷能力强、污泥量少、动力消耗低、维护管理方便的新型废水生物处理反应器非常重要。文章对传统生物转盘进行改良,制成填料式生物转笼反应器,对比研究了颗粒活性炭与多面空心球载体生物转笼处理低浓度有机废水时的性能。研究表明,颗粒活性炭反应器对COD的平均去除率较多面空心球反应器高5.6%,对TN的平均去除率高22.8%,而多面空心球反应器对NH3-N的平均去除率高4.7%,且供氧能力更强,验证了该反应器用于小规模生活污水处理的可行性。It is very important to develop a new type of biological wastewater treatment reactor which has low investment good resistance to shock loading, less sludge production, lower power consumption and easy maintenance and management. Rotating biological contactor is an efficient biofilm wastewater treatment technology. A biological rotating cage reactor is designed as improvement of rotating biological contactor. A comparative performance between granular activated carbon and multi-surface hollow ball carrier in biological rotating cage reactor is undertaken to evaluate their characteristics. Results showed that granular activated carbon reactor is 5.6% higher than multi-surface hollow ball reactor for average removal rate of COD, and 22.8% for average removal rate of TN, while multi-surface hollow ball reactor is 4.7% higher for average removal rate of NH3-N and stronger oxygen capacity, which showed that the reactor is feasible to be used for small scale sewage treatment.
