摘  要:基于图像处理的实时性和快速性,提出了一种循环流化床锅炉吸热量在线预测模型,建立了锅炉吸热量与火焰温度及其黑度的数学模型.从CCD探测器捕捉到的火焰图像中计算出火焰温度及其黑度,根据预测模型就可得出锅炉的吸热量.在480t/h超高压循环流化床(CFB)锅炉上安装了可视化在线检测系统并进行了模型验证试验.试验结果显示该模型预测的锅炉吸热量与实际值比较符合,其平均相对误差为3.424%,可以满足现场应用的要求.Heat absorption capacity of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler was related to flame temperature and bed suspension density,while bed suspension density could be replaces by the flame emissivity.Based on the real-time and rapidity of image processing,an online prediction model of boiler heat absorption capacity was presented.The mathematical model of heat absorption capacity with flame temperature and emissivity was established.The flame temperature and emissivity could be calculated from the flame radiation images captured by charge coupled device(CCD),so the heat absorption capacity of the boiler could be predicted by the model.The model verification experiments were conducted on a 480 t/h super high pressure CFB boiler.The experiment results show that the predicted boiler heat absorption capacity by the model is in agree with the actual values and the average relative error is 3.424 %,so the model could meet the requirements of industrial applications.
