摘　　要：介绍了推拉式酸洗线和连续式酸洗线的主要设备和工艺流程。通过对2种热轧带钢酸洗线的比较,结合国内部分钢厂酸洗线的类型、产能、主要设备和产品用途的调查分析,探讨了宁钢首条热轧酸洗线的选型和设备配置。Main equipment and process of Push-Pull Picking Line and Continuous Pickling Line for hot rolled strip process are introduced in this paper.By a comparison between the two types of hot rolled strip tickling line and considering the results of investigations on the types,annual yield,main equipment,products usage of picking lines in some domestic rolling mills,the equipment selection and configuration of the first picking line built in Ninbo Steel Co.Ltd.are discussed.
