摘　　要：针对茶叶市场以次充好、冒充名茶的现象,采用现代仪器分析测试技术可以实现准确、快速鉴别茶叶产地。本文根据国内外研究文献报道,从色谱法、光谱法和传感技术的角度,介绍多种现代仪器分析方法在茶叶产地鉴别中的应用概况。The existence of fake tea for non-origin seriously impacted the credibility of the famous tea.Based on modem instrumental analytical methods,the geographical origins of teas can be identified with high accuracy and short analysis time.In this review,different methods including chromatography,spectrometry and sensor techniques were introduced for the discrimination of teas from different origins.
