体育法视野下优秀运动员生命健康权保障的思考

摘　　要：从保护运动员生命健康权出发,就优秀运动员生命健康权的保障问题进行较深入的分析,剖析其中存在的问题和原因,并提出多渠道、多元化的运动员生命健康权保障和救济体系的初步解决方案和建议,力争为改革和完善我国运动员管理体制,维护广大运动员的正当权益,完善有关运动员权利的体育法律、法规提供有益的参考。Based on the goal to protect the rights of Life and Health in athletes,this thesis makes deep analysis on the above-mentioned rights in elite athletes,and further analyses existing problems and causes.Thus,the thesis proposes a multi-channelled protection and relief system to put an initial step on finding solutions and suggestions,and on providing some reference to the improvement of management system of our athletes,the legitimate rights and interests of athletes and the laws and regulations concerning athlete.
