表象训练对改进跳台运动员难点动作效果的个案研究

摘　　要：在查阅大量关于表象演练的研究文献之后,研究中选取了一名国家跳水队10m跳台运动员作为研究对象进行了个案研究,根据需要为其设计了表象演练的心理训练方案。研究结果显示,表象演练对运动员的表象能力、难点技术动作操作的质量和稳定性都有显著的促进作用。On the basis of exploring the previous research findings about imagery intervention,this study took a diver of China Diving team as a subject and gave him an individual imagery training.The study found,imagery rehearsal training effectively improved the imagery ability,quality and stability of the action with problems.
