摘　　要：不孕症是一类集医疗、社会心理及经济层面的复杂社会问题。本研究通过对不孕症初筛临床路径循证依据进行综述,提出与妊娠结局直接与不直接相关的检查项目,旨在指导临床医师对不孕症患者进行科学、规范的初步筛查,遏制在不孕症诊治中的过度检查、高额成本,让患者花最小的代价,即可获得满意疗效。Infertility is a complex disorder with significant medical, psychosocial, and economic aspects. The study reviewed the initial screening evaluation of infertility which based on evidence-based medicine. This review questioned some tests which directly or indirectly related to pregnancy outcomes, which can guide clinicians to check patients by a scientific and standardized way and stop excessive examination, so that infertility couple will get a satisfied treatment at the minimum cost.
