摘　　要：转基因作物的研发和产业化的推进是一个复杂的系统工程。转基因水稻发展的社会支持网络能够照顾到相关的利益群体,缓解转基因水稻推进过程中面临的各种阻力。为使转基因水稻发展的社会支持网络的良性运行,策略上应该做到:技术创新要充分考虑社会需求;充分发挥政府的主导作用;积极塑造转基因水稻"绿色、有机"的社会形象;实行差异化价格策略;实施整合传播等。Promoting R D and industrialization of GM crops is a complex systematic engineering.The social support network of GM rice can allow for the relevant benefit groups and ease various obstacles in the process of promoting the development of GM rice.In order to prmote the smooth operation of social support network,the strategies should aim at full consideration of the needs of society,giving full play to the leading roles of government,establishing ＂green,organic＂ social image of GM rice,implementing differential pricing strategy and integrated communication and so on.
