研究生教育中学位授权学科体系建设的思考——以华南农业大学为例

摘　　要：学位授权点是研究生培养的重要载体,加强学位授权学科体系建设是研究生教育的关键环节之一。从研究生教育结构调整、学位授权点审核与评估方式转变、经济社会发展等方面分析了学位授权点建设面临的新形势;以华南农业大学为例,指出了学位授权学科体系存在着学位授权点布局相对单一、类型结构失衡、学科间及学科内部发展不平衡等问题;结合学校发展定位和研究生教育发展的基本思路,提出要结合经济社会发展的需求及研究生教育结构转型的背景,努力增加专业学位类型,整合资源,促进多学科协调发展,促进学位授权学科体系向内涵式发展。Academic programs play an important role as a carrier in graduates cultivation.Strengthening the construction of academic degree authorization system is one of the key points in graduates education.This paper makes an analysis on the new situation in academic programs construction from the following three aspects：structural adjustment of postgraduate education,changes of academic program assessment modes as well as social and economic development.Taking South China Agricultural University for example,this paper points out the current problems in academic degree authorization system.Based on the development orientation and graduate education development in South China Agricultural University,this paper proposes that professional degree programs should be increased.Through resources integration,harmonious multi-disciplinary development should be promoted so as to push forward the intensive development of academic degree authorization system.
