摘　　要：杭州卷烟厂易地技改后为满足物流高架库系统对箱装烟丝产品信息的识别要求,在制丝线装箱环节设计了基于Profibus的烟丝装箱RFID应用控制系统。该系统主要由主控PLC、装箱PLC、RFID控制器以及RFID数采终端组成,可以将产品信息写入烟丝箱携带的载码体内,便于后续跟踪与追溯。实际应用效果表明,系统运行可靠,RFID载码体克服了传统纸质条码的缺点,保证了烟丝箱内烟丝信息的准确与安全,有效识别率达到了96.2%。RFID载码体内存储的数据为物流高架库提供了完善的入库、出库、流转及掺配所需的产品信息,实现了数据查询、统计分析、导出及打印等功能,满足了生产新模式及批次管理的需求。For identifying the cased cut tobacco in high-bay warehouse in the new Hangzhou Cigarette Factory, a Profibus-based RFID control system for the case filling station in primary processing line was designed, which was composed of master PLC, case filling PLC, RFID controller and RFID data acquisition terminal. Product information was written into the data label fixed on each cut tobacco case for subsequent tracing and tracking. The results of practical application showed that, the system ran reliably, the effective recognition rate reached 96.2%, which avoided the shortcomings of traditional paper barcodes and ensured the accuracy and security of the information about the cased tobacco. The data stored in RFID data label provided complete product information required by the process of receiving, retrieving, circulating and blending. The system implemented the functions of data inquiry, statistics analysis, derivation and printing and fulfilled the requirements of new production mode and batch management.
