摘 要:杭州卷烟厂CO2膨胀工艺制丝线加料含水率控制系统采用开环单PID控制模式,存在控制能力差、含水率波动较大、人为干预不及时、控制精度低等问题,为此设计了基于级联型PID控制模型的加料含水率自动控制系统。该系统采用延迟3 min后的润叶机出口含水率作为加料机入口含水率,用于调节加料入口含水率偏差;加料出口含水率作为PID级联回路控制,加料筒内部水流量作为PID控制主回路。应用结果表明,级联型PID控制系统实现了自动反馈调节功能,减小了含水率波动幅度;采用双反馈控制模式,增强了系统预判断能力和控制的实时性,基本消除了含水率控制的滞后性,提高了加料机出口烟叶含水率的控制能力。改进后含水率月合格率从83%提高到92%,提高了烟丝的工艺质量。The opened-loop single PID control mode used in the moisture content control system for casing process in primary processing line of DIET system in Hangzhou Cigarette Factory has the shortcomings of low control accuracy and not timely operator intervention, therefore, a new control system based on cascade PID control model was designed,wherein the output moisture content of ordering cylinder delayed for 3 minutes was adopted as the input moisture content of casing cylinder for casing cylinder control. The output moisture content of casing cylinder was used for PID cascade loop control and the internal water flow in casing cylinder as major loop of PID control. The results of practical application showed that cascade PID system realized the automatic feedback regulation function according to the fluctuation of output and input moisture contents and decreased the fluctuation range of moisture content; by its double feedback control mode the system enhanced the ability of prejudgment and real-time control, basically eliminated the time lag in moisture content control. The monthly acceptable rate of moisture content increased from 83% to 92%.
