四逆汤对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究四逆汤对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:荷S180肉瘤小鼠分别灌胃四逆汤水提物、70%醇提物及复方环磷酰胺后,以肿瘤重量考察抑瘤作用,测定荷瘤小鼠细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)杀伤活性和血中白介素23(IL-23)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量考察四逆汤对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果:四逆汤70%醇提物能明显提高荷瘤小鼠CTL,NK细胞杀伤活性(P<0.01);四逆汤水提物和70%醇提物均能明显提高荷瘤小鼠血中IL-23、TNF-α含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:四逆汤能明显提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Sini decoction （SND） on immune function in tumor-bearing mice. METHODS After given water 70% alcohol extract of SND and compound cyclophosphamide to the mice burdened S180 sarcoma respectively, tumor weight was measured to evaluate the inhibition of tumor. MTT was used to detect the cyto-activity of cytotoxicity T lymphocyte（CTL）and nature killer cell（NK）. Elisa was used to detect the serum level of IL-23 and TNF-α. The significance of the data was analyzed. RESULTS 70% alcohol extract could obviously increase the CTL and NK ceils＇ cyto-activity of tumorbearing mice （P〈0. 01）. Both water and 70% alcohol extract both could obviously increase the serum level of IL-23 and TNF-α（P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION SND can obviously improve the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
