摘  要:目的:优选"前愈"复方的多糖提取工艺条件。方法:利用紫外分光光度法测定提取物多糖含量,分别对药材粉碎粒度、提取方式、提取时间、料液比等单因素对提取效果的影响进行考察。据此为基础,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以浸膏得率及多糖收率为综合指标对提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:将原药材粉碎成粗粉,加9倍量水超声提取2次,每次60 min为优选提取工艺。结论:提取工艺稳定可行,上述含量测定方法定量准确。OBJECTIVE To optimize a extraction method for polysaceharide of compound recipe Qianyu. METHODS The content of polysaccharide in the extraction was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The single factors such as grain size, abstraction method, extraction time, proportion of crude drug vs liquid were considered whether they had influenced on the content of polysaccharide. The extraction method was optimized by the application of L9 (34 ), with coefficient of total strong liquor and polysaccharide as an comprehensive indicators, on account of the previous monofactorial design. RESULTS The optimum method was as follows: desintegrating the drug from herb to coarse powder, supplied as much as 9 times water (volum vs drug weight), extracted twice under 2450 MHz, each abstraction procedure should be lasting on for 60minuties. CONCLUSION It is stabile and feasible for the extraction manner. The content assay method is accuracy.
