摘　　要：目的:制备痔宁洗剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法:将黄柏等中药进行提取和纯化后制备成痔宁洗剂;采用薄层色谱法对大黄、苦参和鱼腥草进行定性鉴别;用比色法测定痔宁洗液中小檗碱的含量。结果:供试品与对照品薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰;本品每1 mL含小檗碱以盐酸小檗碱(C20H17NO4.HCl)计,不得小于0.02 mg。结论:本方法易于操作,制剂质量稳定可控。OBJECTIVE To prepare Zhining lotio and to establish a method of quatily control for the solution. METHODS The solution was prepared by mixing of purified extractives form the tradition chinese medicines such as Phellodendron amurense Rupr. and Sophora Flavescens Ait. , etc; The Rheum officinale, Sophora Flavescens and Herba Houttuyniae were identified by TLC; The content of berbere hybrochoride was determined by colorimetry. RESULTS The chraomatographic spots of the solution and reference Solution were identical. The （C20H17 NO4 Hcl） of 1 mL of the solution was not less than 0. 02 mg. CONCLUSION The preparetion method is easy to operate,The quality was stable and controllable.
