摘  要:针对传统75Au25Cu玫瑰金经常出现的冷加工性能和铸造性能差等问题,设计配制了多元合金化饰用18K玫瑰金,并对该合金的工艺性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,试验合金的熔化温度范围窄,充填性能好,有助于获得致密度较高、表面质量好的铸件;冷加工硬化水平较低,硬化速率平缓,有利于进行冷变形加工、镶嵌宝石等操作。合金在377.4~406.2℃会发生有序化转变,在铸造、热处理等冷却过程中,要以较快的速度通过此温度区间,避免发生有序化转变;合金适合的中间退火制度为700~750℃保温后炉冷到450℃淬水;对于小型饰品,为便于生产,可以采用火焰加热到650~700℃保温后空冷。Since traditional 75Au25Cu rosy gold had poor cold working performance and castability,this paper designed and prepared a new 18K rosy gold for jewelry according to multi-elements alloying principle,and studied its technological properties.The results showed the alloy had narrow melting temperature range and excellent filling performance,which was helpful to improve the compactness and surface quality of the casting;the cold working hardening level was relatively low and gentle,which was in favor of the operations such as cold working and stone-setting.There was an ordering transition between 377.4-406.2 ℃,the alloy should pass through this temperature range at a high cooling rate to avoid such transition during casting or heat treatment.The paper suggested that the suitable intermediate annealing technology for the test alloy was keeping at 700-750 ℃ for some time,then cooling in furnace till 450 ℃ and finally water quenching;to facilitate production for fine jewelry,it was allowed to heat workpiece with flame and keep at 650-700 ℃ for some time and then air cooling.
