摘  要:以硝酸和过氧化氢的混合溶液为银的溶解液,对印刷厂废胶片上银的回收进行了研究。考察了硝酸的浓度、溶解温度对银溶解速度的影响,结果表明:硝酸的浓度为7 mol/L、溶解温度为60℃时,溶解速度较好,且在银的溶解过程中不产生NO、NO2有毒气体,有利于环境保护。In this paper,the recovery of silver on the waste film from printing works was studied with the mixed nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as leaching solution of silver.The effects of the nitric acid concentration and the leaching temperature on the leaching speed were investigated respectively.The results indicated that leaching speed of silver was more rapid when the concentration of nitric acid was 7 mol/L and the temperature was 60 ℃.In addition,NO and NO2 gases weren't found in the leaching process,which was favorable to environmental protection.
