摘 要:目的了解深圳市中小学生伤害流行规律,为中小学生伤害干预提供科学依据。方法采用基于网络直报的中小学生伤害监测信息系统,于2006-2010年对深圳市7个行政区的22所监测点校(小学11所,初中7所,高中4所)开展伤害监测。结果 2006-2010年4学年报告年伤害发生率在0.80%~1.16%之间,男生多于女生。伤害原因以跌倒/坠落伤最多(61.53%),伤害最多发生于体育活动时(37.52%),伤害性质中以骨折最多(30.91%),伤害部位则以上肢(43.44%)最多。结论加强运动伤害干预对于减少中小学生伤害发生具有重要意义。Objective To establish Internet direct report based Shenzhen primary and middle school student injury surveillance information system(PMSIS) and to provide reference for student injury intervention.Methods The Internet direct report based on Shenzhen primary and middle school student injury surveillance information system(PMSIS) was established to survey the prevalence of injury among 22 schools(including 11 primary schools,7 junior middle schools and 4 senior middle schools),which were selected as injury sentinel surveillance schools from 7 districts.Results The PMSIS showed that injury cumulative incidence per academic year in Shenzhen students were between 0.80% and 1.16% from 2006 to 2010.Results also indicated that it was more likely that injuries happened in boys than in girls,the main reason which caused injuries was Falls or Trips(61.53%),injuries occurred most frequently when students were in sports(37.52%),bone fracture was the leading results which injuries caused(30.91%),and upper limbs were the most damaged parts of body in injuries(43.44%).Conclusion The data draws from PMISS could guide the interventions on students injures in long term which is of relative effectiveness.Interventions on sports injuries are the key strategy to reduce student injuries.
