摘　　要：介绍了美国、欧洲智能电网统计指标体系建设情况,结合国家电网公司智能电网建设的目标和要求,采用系统分析法,提出了智能电网统计指标体系的研究思路与体系构建原则,以及初步的指标体系框架结构。Based on the investigation of the statistical indicator system for smart grid in the USA and Europe, this paper, using the system analysis method and considering the smart grid development objectives and requirements of the State Grid Corporation, proposes the statistical indicator system research strategy and construction principle for the smart grid in China.
