摘 要:为解决船舶主机状态智能分析及安全状态评价问题,建立基于熵权的船舶主机状态监控及评价模型,通过实时采集系统参数,进行全时段数据分析,计算各参数偏离标准的程度,从而得出各参数指标的信息熵权.通过计算合成熵权与状态参数,得出各时段的综合状态指数.比较各时段综合指数与标准指数的偏差,得出各时段主机偏离标准运行程度.该模型可对主机状态参数进行实时分析,确定主机运行状态,并找出安全隐患.To solve the intelligence analysis and safety assessment of marine main engine running state,a model for monitoring and assessment of marine main engine based on entropy weight was established.The whole time data analysis was carried out by real-time data acquisition,and deviation degree of the parameters deviated from the standard level was calculated,thus,the information entropy weight of each parameter was concluded.The comprehensive state index of each period was obtained by synthesis of state parameter and entropy weight.The deviation between composite index and standard index of the corresponding period was compared,and the abnormal degree of main engine operation state was identified.This model can analyze status parameters on real time,and identify the operation state of main engine,and find the potential safety hazard finally.
