摘 要:与传统Z源逆变器相比,准Z源逆变器具有电容电压应力低的优点。但是基于简单升压调制策略的准Z源逆变器存在开关器件电压应力大和开关频率高的缺陷。将SVPWM调制策略应用于准Z源逆变器,并在不产生电流纹波的条件下实现了最大调制度,不仅能够减小开关器件电压应力,而且能够降低开关频率。推导出SVPWM调制下最大恒定直通时间及其与调制度的关系,给出直通注入方法。仿真和实验结果验证了SVPWM最大恒定升压调制策略的有效性。Compared to traditional Z-source inverter,the quasi-Z-source inverter has the advantage of low Z-source capacitor voltage stress. But the simple boost control for quasi-Z-source inverter has the disadvantage of doubles switching frequency and increases voltage stress. An maximum constant control method based on SVPWM for the quasi-Z-source inverter was proposed. In comparison with simple boost control, not only switching frequency can be reduced but also the voltage of the switching device can be lessened. The maximum constant shoot-through time in SVPWM was derived and its relationship with modulation index was analyzed; afterwards the operation principle was investigated. In the end, simulation and experimental results are presen- ted to validate the new features of the improved strategy.
