摘  要:传统注塑机液压系统的能耗很大,用负载敏感变量泵控制系统实现泵出口处的流量和压力与负载所需的流量和压力相适应,有望提高系统效率。负载敏感变量泵控制系统设计并建模完成后,用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件进行仿真,分析了在负载流量压力均无变化、压力不变流量变化、压力流量均有变化三种情况下的仿真结果,并分析了系统在各种情况下的响应时间、调整时间、响应速度、节能效果等特性。经过计算,与PQ阀控制系统相比,保压环节可节能大约30%。The energy consumption of the traditional hydraulic system of plastic injection molding machine is very big. If use the load-sensitive variable pump controlling system to the hydraulic system, the flux and pressure of pump output are seasoned with the flux and pressure of load requiring, this is expected to improve the efficiency of the system. After the design and modeling of the load-sensitive variable pump controlling system, uses MATLAB/SIMULINK to simulate, and analyses the simulation results of the three situations, those are: load's flow and pressure are not changed, pressure is constant and flow is changed, pressure and flow are all changed, and Through calculation, analyzes the response time, compared with PQ valve con adjust time, response speed and energy saving effect, etc. trol system, the energy saving of the pressure-keeping link is about 30%.
