摘 要:研究了Mn、Sr元素对低铁(质量分数为0.5%)和高铁(质量分数为1%)铝硅合金中铁相的影响,分析了Al-Fe-Si相的成分及形态。结果表明:随着Mn元素含量的增加,铝硅合金中针状铁相逐渐减少,而鱼骨状铁相逐渐增多;Sr元素的添加并不能改变铝硅合金中的铁相形态,但能使合金内共晶Si相的形态由针状变成纤维状;复合添加Mn、Sr元素后,铝硅合金中α-AlFeSi相均匀分布于α-Al枝晶中,且尺寸比单独添加Mn的合金更为细小。The influence of Mn, Sr respectively on the iron-phase in the high iron content and low iron content of AI-Si alloy was studied and the composition and morphology of AI-Fe-Si phase were analyzed. The results show that as the?increase of Mn, needle-like iron phase in AI-Si alloy decreases, while the fishbone-like iron-phase increases. The morphology of iron-phase is not changed in the low iron and high iron content of Al-Si alloys with the addition of Sr, but the eutectic Si phase changes into a fibrous morphology. When both Mn and Sr are added in AI-Si alloys, the α-AIFeSi phase distributes in the α-AlI dendrites homogenously and the size is smaller than that in the Al-Si alloy with only Mn.
