清华大学西体育馆的保护修缮技术

摘　　要：清华大学西体育馆建于1921年,是国家重点文物保护单位。在介绍西体育馆的历史背景和建筑现状的基础上,重点阐述修缮前的准备工作和加固改造中的修缮技术。通过基础整体托换、增设构造柱和圈梁、墙体加固、屋架增设吊杆、整修外墙、屋顶维修、局部破坏部位修复、整体恢复性装修以及周边环境整治等保护性修缮技术,保证西体育馆的结构安全并注入新的使用功能,做到了功能完善与保持原貌相结合,其成功经验可为类似近现代文物建筑的加固、修缮提供借鉴参考。Built in 1921,Tsinghua University West Gymnasium is a country-level key historical relic building.The paper introduces the historical background and the stadium situation,focusing on the preparation before the repair work and the repair measures for reinforcement.By underpinning the whole basis,additional structural columns and ring beam,wall reinforcement,additional boom of roof,repair exterior wall,roof repair,parts repair of local damage,decoration,treatment of surrounding environment,those protection technologies ensure the structural safety of the West Gymnasium and adding new functions to it.Its successful experience can be used for reinforcement of similar modern heritage buildings,and provides reference information.
