摘  要:通过对天然气气瓶快充过程温升机理的分析,建立了天然气气瓶快充温升数值计算模型。应用模型对天然气气瓶在不同充装参数(包括起始温度、初始压力与充装速率等)下的温升进行了预测。结果表明:气瓶初始压力对快充温升的影响呈线性减小关系;温升近似与初始温度呈线性增长关系;随着气瓶充装速率的提高,气瓶内最大温升逐渐增加,但呈非线性增加,增加速率逐渐减小。相关结论可以为天然气加气站内处理快速加注等相关问题提供参考。Based on the analysis of mechanism of temperature rise during refueling,a numerical model was established for the predication of the temperature rise of natural gas storage cylinder during its refueling.The effects of various parameters,such as initial temperature,initial pressure and mass filling rate,on the temperature rise of the refueling storage cylinder were studied.The simulation results show that the temperature rise of the storage cylinder after refueling decreases linearly with increasing initial pressure,while increases linearly with the increase of initial temperature and increases nonlinearly with the increase of the mass filling rate,which means that,though the cylinder temperature keeps rising with the increase of the mass filling rate,but the temperature rising rate slows down gradually with the increase of mass filling rate.Above conclusions provide a reference for the problems dealing with the temperature rise of the natural gas storage cylinders during its refueling in natural gas stations.
