摘 要:以NaY分子筛为载体,采用液相离子交换法制备了一系列用于燃料油脱硫的负载金属离子的改性分子筛吸附剂。结果表明,AgY具有最高的硫容,其次是CuY、NiY、CeY、ZnY,硫化物吸附量顺序为:噻吩>苯并噻吩>二苯并噻吩。通过正交实验优化了Y分子筛的制备工艺,并对实验数据进行了方差分析,得到了最佳制备工艺条件:活性组分为Ag+;离子交换量为等摩尔Na+的4倍;焙烧时间为8 h;焙烧温度为450℃。在此工艺条件下制备的吸附剂对噻吩的穿透硫容和饱和硫容分别达到15.1 mg·g-1和25.3 mg·g-1。油品中竞争物质对Y分子筛吸附噻吩性能的影响关系由强到弱依次为:芳烃>烯烃。A series of adsorbents involving modified NaY zeolite used for fuel oil desulfurization were prepared by liquid phase ion exchange.The results show that the AgY has the highest sulfur adsorbing capacity,followed by CuY、NiY、CeY、ZnY,and the adsorbing capacity for sulfur compounds is in the order of thiophene benzothiophene dibenzothiophene.Orthogonal design was applied and relevent experimental data were analyzed with variance analysis method.The optimized preparation parameters of the adsorbents are as follows: active component,Ag+;ion exchange capacity,4 times of equimolar Na+;calcination duration,8 h;calcination temperature,450℃.Under such conditions,the breakthrough and saturation sulfur adsorbing capacity for thiophene are 15.1 mg·g-1,and 25.3 mg·g-1 respectively.The effects of various hydrocarbons on the competitive adsorption of thiophene were investigated as well.It was observed that the influence on the adsorbing capacity of modified NaY for thiophene of aromatics is more obvious than that for olefin.
