摘　　要：对于创业决策的研究已是国内外学者普遍关注的一个焦点,本文在整理大量文献的基础上对创业决策理论进行了相关回顾。首先从认知理论的相关角度分析了创业决策的研究现状,并在以往研究的基础上总结出了一个创业决策过程模型;最后指出了目前对创业决策研究的一些不足并对未来研究进行了展望。The scholar of aboard and home pay attention to researching the entrepreneurial decision. On the base of reading much literature, the paper reviews the theories of entrepreneurial decision. Firstly, from the perspective of the cognitive theory, the paper lists the current situation of entrepreneurial decision. Secondly it synthesizes a model of the process of entrepreneurial decision. Finally, the paper states that researching on the entrepreneurial decision is insufficient at present. So a lot of fields about entrepreneurial decision are worth to researching.
