摘　　要：取信于民,在建设有中国特色社会主义事业中,是一个具有根本意义的问题。《邓小平文选(》第3卷),集中深刻体现了改革开放新时期中国改革开放的总设计师邓小平同志"尊重群众,热爱人民,总是时刻关注最广大人民的利益和愿望,把‘人民拥护不拥护’、‘人民赞成不赞成’、‘人民高兴不高兴’、‘人民答应不答应’作为制定各项方针政策的出发点和归宿",一心系于人民、坚持取信于民的崇高思想、基本价值取向和鲜明革命风格。Winning trust of the people is a fundamentally significant problem with Chinese feature. The 3rd Volume of Deng Xiaoping＇s Anthology highlights in the construction of socialism noble and people-oriented thoughts, his basic value orientation and brilliant revolutionary spirit during the reform and opening-up period, in- cluding ＂respecting the masses＂, ＂loving the people＂, ＂always paying attention to the interests and wishes of the overwhelming majority of the people＂, and ＂taking into account the people＇s support, agreement, satisfaction and attitude when principles and policies are made＂.
