可溶性共刺激分子sCTLA-4和sCD28在SLE病人的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨T细胞可溶性共刺激分子sCTLA-4和sCD28在SLE病人血清中的表达及与SLE疾病活动的意义。方法用ELISA法测定所收集的138例活动性或非活动性SLE病人血清中可溶性共刺激分子sCTLA-4和sCD28的含量,评价其与疾病活动的相关性。结果所有SLE病人血清中sCTLA-4和sCD28浓度分别为5.99(3.10～7.80)ng/ml和6.30(3.46～8.3)ng/ml,均显著高于其对照组2.84(2.25～3.54)和5.2(3.30～7.8)ng/m,血清sCTLA-4浓度与疾病活动指数呈正相关(r=0.32,P=0.004),血清sCTLA-4浓度与sCD28浓度呈正相关(r=0.35,P=0.001)。结论可溶性T细胞共刺激分子sCTLA-4和sCD28在SLE的致病方面具有重要意义,sCTLA-4可能是一功能性受体,其水平有望成为SLE疾病活动的指标之一。Objective To explore expression of soluble cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 molecule and soluble CD28 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and their significance in SLE disease activity.Methods Serum concentration of sCTLA-4 and sCD28 of 138 SLE patients with or without active disease were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Serum sCTLA-4 and sCD28 concentrations of all SLE patients were significantly higher than that of control subjects（P0.05）.Serum concentration of sCTLA-4 not only correlated with SLEDAI score（r=0.32,P=0.004）but also with Serum concentration of sCD28 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Conclusion sCTLA-4 and sCD28 may play important role in the immunopathenesis of SLE,sCTLA-4 may be a functional receptor and its level could be a potential marker of SLE disease activity.
