数字化医院临床路径信息系统的设计与展示

摘　　要：目的广东省江门市中心医院为三级甲等综合性医院,已建成较完善的数字化医院信息网络系统,为国家二十家数字化示范试点医院之一。方法临床路径是一种诊疗标准化方法,以缩短住院日、降低医疗费用、合理利用医疗资源为特征,按病种设计最佳的医疗和护理方案。结果及结论数字化医院的临床路径信息系统是建立在医院信息系统基础上的诊疗信息系统,其主要功能包括:路径定义与设置;路径执行与控制以及路径统计与分析。最后简要展示该系统及总结与展望。Objective Jiangmen Central Hospital is three level of first-class general hospital,Digital hospital information system has been built,one of national 20 digitization demonstration experiment site hospitals.Methods Clinical pathway is a medical plan which standardizes the treatments of diseases,its important characteristic are to shorten mean days,decrease medical cost,configure resource in hospital.Results and Conclusion Information system in clinical pathway of digital hospital is a medical information system on the basis of hospital information system,its main funtions include：1.Definition and establishment the paths;2.Do and control the paths;3.The statistics and variation analysis.Finally summarizes this system application and the forecast.
