血液灌流串联血液透析救治急性百草枯中毒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同中毒剂量的急性百草枯中毒经综合治疗后不同疗效。方法按口服剂量及死亡率高低分为轻、中、重、极重度中毒,不同中毒剂量分别分为治疗组:常规治疗+HP串联HD;对照组:单纯常规治疗。结果不同中毒剂量的治疗组与对照组死亡率不同,死亡患者中的存活时间治疗组较对照组长(P<0.05)。结论急性百草枯中毒服毒量越大死亡率越高(P<0.05);中毒后心、肝、肾、胰腺等脏器功能损害可完全恢复,而肺纤维化不可逆;大量乙醇(≥250ml)摄入后服毒可能降低急性百草枯中毒后死亡率;服毒量≤100ml中毒患者HP串联HD治疗可明显降低死亡率(P<0.05),服毒量>100ml中毒患者HP串联HD不能明显降低死亡率(P>0.05)。Objective To gain different Results of comprehensive treatment on acute paraquat-poisoned patients who took different doses.Methods According to oral doses and mortality the paraquat-poisoned patients were divided into mild,moderate and severe,very severe poisoning.The paraquat-poisoned patients of every stage were divided into two groups：the investigating groups accepted conventional treatments＋HP series HD;the control groups accepted simple conventional treatments.Results The mortalities were different of patients who took different doses.The death of investigating groups lived longer than the control groups.Conclusion The greater oral doses was the higher mortality was.The heart,liver,kidney,pancreas and other organs damage can be fully restored,but pulmonary filbrosis cann＇t be restored.A large amount of alcohol intook before taking the paraquat may decreas mortality.The mortality of acute paraquat-poisoned patients which oral volume was 100ml and below it declined singnificantly by the treatment of HP series HD,but it didn＇t decline significantly which oral volume is more than 100ml.
