跟骨关节内骨折手术治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较L形钢板和跟腱旁小切口克氏针治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果。方法 103例患者作为研究对象,被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予L形钢板治疗,实验组给予跟腱旁小切口克氏针治疗。结果实验组Maryland评分优良率,愈合时间,Gissane角相对恢复和Bohler角相对恢复等指标均优于对照组,但组间比较无显著性差异(均P>0.05);实验者切口并发症显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跟腱旁小切口克氏针内固定既避免了传统L形钢板和克氏针的缺陷,又较好的保留了两者的优点,值得临床考虑应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of steel plate of L-type and Kirschner wire through little cut beside tendo calcaneus used for patients with calcaneus fractures of inside joint.Methods 103 cases of patients as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group was given surgery of steel plate of L-type,and experimental group was given surgery of Kirschner wire through little cut beside tendo calcaneus.Results The good rate of Maryland score,healing time,relative recovery degree of Gissane and Bohler angel in experimental group was better than that in control group,but no significant difference（P0.05）.The complications of cut in experimental group were significantly less than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kirschner wire through little cut beside tendo calcaneus can effectively avoid limitation of traditional steel plate of L-type and Kirschner wire,and retain the merit of the two well,so it deserved applying in clinical work.
