细节护理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果,以供护理工作参考和使用。方法将2010年1月～2011年10月分为两个阶段。2010年1月～2010年12月为对照阶段,实施一般护理。2011年1月～2011年10月实施细节护理。比较两个阶段护理质量和其他科室对消毒供应室的满意度,包括护理服务态度、回收和供给的及时率和包装的质量。结果 2011年阶段,消毒供应室的护理质量评分更高,各个科室对消毒供应室的满意度也更高,护理服务态度、回收和供给的及时率和包装的质量四方面的得分均高于对照阶段,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论在医院消毒供应室护理中融入细节护理工作,能够提高护理质量,效果较好。Objective To investigate the details of the care in a hospital sterile supply room in the application of results for reference and use care.Methods January 2010～October 2011 in two stages.January 2010 ～ December 2010 as the control phase,the implementation of general care.January 2011～October 2011 implementation details of the care.Compare the two phases of the quality of care and other sections of the satisfaction of the sterile supply room,including the care service,supply timely rate recovery and the quality and packaging.Results 2011 period,the quality of care sterile supply room rate higher,the various sections of the sterile supply room satisfaction is also higher,nursing service,timely rate recovery and the supply of quality and packaging of four scores are higher than the control stage by statistical analysis,P0.05,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The hospital sterile supply room into the details of nursing care can improve quality of care is better.
