中西医结合治疗糖尿病膀胱的效果

摘　　要：目的观察探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病膀胱的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法选取2010年5月～2011年7月糖尿病患者107例,其中有54例病患属于糖尿病膀胱并发症,随机分为观察组使用中西医结合治疗和对照组使用西医治疗,各27例,观察对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组不良反应率为3.7%,总有效率为92.6%;对照组中不良反应率为14.8%,总有效率为70.4%,两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论使用中西医结合治疗糖尿病膀胱效果显著,安全性高,对膀胱残余尿的清除有着明显的作用,值得在临床上合理推广。Objective To observe the combination therapy of bladder diabetes clinical results,summarized its clinical value.Methods From May 2010 to July 2011 107 cases of diabetes,including 54 cases of bladder complications of diabetes patients are randomly divided into two groups to use in combination therapy and the control group treated with Western medicine,all 27 cases,observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The adverse reaction rate was 3.7%,the total effective rate was 92.6%;adverse reactions in the control group was 14.8%,the total effective rate was 70.4%,a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）,statistically significance.Conclusion The use of combination therapy of bladder significant effect of diabetes,high security,for the retention of residual urine bladder removal has a significant role,it is clinically reasonable promotion.
