摘　　要：中国入世后,国际间的交往日益频繁密切,需要一大批法律英语人才处理国际法律事务,而我国法律英语人才培养模式在教学目标、教材、教学方法和手段、师资方面存在一些问题。只要改善法律英语人才培养模式,我国就能培养出社会需求的法律英语人才,增强我国与其他国家处理法律事务的能力。China has frequently associated with foreign countries since China entered WTO.A number of law English talents are required to deal with the international affairs about law.However,there are some issues in the aspects of teaching aim,teaching material,teaching methods and teaching staff while cultivating law English talents.If the pattern of cultivating law English talents is changed,law English talents for social demands can be cultivated in our country and will strengthen our ability of dealing with the international affairs about law.
