摘 要:目的开发呼吸道传染病健康素养测评工具,并初步试用与评价。方法考虑年龄、文化程度、性别等因素,在北京市海淀区进行配额抽样,抽取455名成年人作为测试对象,进行计算机辅助的呼吸道传染病健康素养测评工具的测试。基于经典测验理论,评价测评工具的难度、区分度、信度和效度。结果测评工具总体难度P为0.74,总体区分度D为0.46。测评工具删减后的25个测试项目内部一致性α系数为0.842,提取出5个因子,可以解释总方差的54.84%,因子分别命名为文字、文件、数字、视听、寻求信息,以验证性因子分析进行验证,拟合优度良好(χ2=6.72,P=0.15,IFI=0.995,TLI=0.988,CFI=0.995,RMSEA=0.039)。结论该呼吸道传染病健康素养评价工具经试用,各测评指标结果显示其信度和效度均较好。Objective To explore and evaluate a new skills-based instrument on health literacy regarding respiratory infectious diseases.Methods Quota sampling was adopted considering gender,age,and education background.Testing of the new instrument was conducted among 455 adults in Beijing by using computer.Difficulty,discrimination,validity and reliability of the instrument were assessed based on Classical Test Theory.Results The overall difficulty and discrimination of the instrument were 0.74 and 0.46 respectively.After being extracted 25 items of instrument,the instrument demonstrated good internal consistency reliability with a Cronbach' s α of 0.842.As for the construct validity,five factors explained 54.84% of the total variance,which can be named prose,document,quantitative,audiovisual and information seeking,and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model fitted well(χ2=6.72,P=0.15,IFI=0.995,TLI=0.988,CFI=0.995,RMSEA=0.039).Conclusion The pilot study showed that the new skills-based instrument of health literacy regarding respiratory infectious diseases had good reliability and validity.
