摘 要:目的对0.005%溴敌隆毒饵、0.05%敌鼠钠盐毒饵现场灭家鼠的效果进行比较。方法鼠密度测定采用盗食法。灭鼠采用连续4 d饱和投放毒饵方法。根据灭前和灭后的鼠密度测定结果计算灭鼠率。结果 0.005%溴敌隆毒饵和0.05%敌鼠钠盐毒饵的适口性未发现显著性差异;2种毒饵第21天的灭鼠率分别为91.8%和95.2%。结论 2种毒饵的适口性和杀灭效果均相同,都能适用于防治南宁市城中村的鼠群,现场未发现鼠群对2种鼠药产生抗药性。Objective To compare field deratization effect of 0.005% bromadiolone and 0.05% diphacine-Na in city village of Nanning. Methods Determination of rodents density with the bait steal gauging,feeding of baits for four clays and calculating the deratization rate. Results Both poison bait' s palatability had not been found any differences,the deratization rate was 91.8% and 95.2% respectively. Conclusion Two bait's palatability and effect were all same, and suitable for deratization in city village of Nanning. Rats have no resistance to two rodentitides.
