对1例乳腺癌术后并发肺内感染患者的药学服务

摘　　要：临床药师对1例乳癌术后并发肺内感染入院治疗患者的病情进行分析,考虑到化疗药物的骨髓抑制作用,导致患者白细胞减少,免疫力下降,诱发肺内感染,临床药师进行药学查房,提出用药建议,对抗菌药用药方案及不合理用药进行调整,加强不良反应监测,患者治愈出院。The illness conditions of a female postoperative patient of breast cancer complicated by pneumonic infection were analyzed after giving treatment during her hospitalization. Considering bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy may lead the patient to leucocytopenia, the immune suppression and lung infection, clinical pharmacists conducted the ward inspections and made suggestions to adjust the use of antibacterial drugs, improve the irrational use of drugs in medication and pay more attention to monitoring the adverse drug reactions. As the result, the patient was discharged from hospital after recovery.
