摘 要:利用CFD方法对某水泥厂6000t/d熟料线窑头电改袋式除尘器气流进行了模拟试验,得出滤袋迎面气流速度大小和每个滤袋单元处理风量。在模拟试验中通过调整气流分布装置结构参数,使各滤袋单元处理风量偏差不大于5%,清洁滤袋时除尘器阻力损失300 Pa。按模拟试验结果进行技术改造,投运后除尘器出口排放浓度(标况)(26.6 mg/m^3)和运行阻力(<1000 Pa)均达到性能考核要求。By Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, the gas flow distribution in the bag filter reformed from electric precipitator at the kiln head of a 6 000 t/d clinker production line was simulated, and the velocity of gas brew directly to the filter bag and the air volume of every bag were found out. In the numerical simulation,by adjusting the air distribution parameters, the deviation of the air volume of every bag was controlled under 5% and the resistance loss in bag cleaning was 300 Pa. According to the experiement results, the dischared dust concentration of the bag filter reformed from electric precipitator was 26.6 mg/m3 and the operation resistance was less than 1000 Pa, which reached the acceptance test requirements.
