关于合训分流任职教育与部队需求相结合的思考

摘　　要：军队院校转型调整改革以后,合训分流任职教育与部队需求之间的关系发生了新的变化,在推进合训分流任职教育与部队需求结合的过程中出现了许多新情况,也暴露出了一些新问题。因此,积极探索合训分流任职教育与部队需求相结合的有效途径,努力构建军队院校合训分流任职教育与部队合作育人的新平台,为提高人才培养质量和院校办学水平,加快部队战斗力形成提供理论依据。Transitions of military academies have brought about a fundamental change in the relationships between the career-oriented training and the demand of our army, and consequently some new problems have followed. Therefore, it is urgent to explore some effective measures to combine the above mentioned two aspects and to build a new military training platform, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of military talents cultivation, the level of running military academies, and the combat effectiveness.
