摘　　要：随着经济社会不断发展,我国传统小农经济模式正在发生悄然转变,集体所有的、家庭承包制下的雇工经营模式(如"铁麦客"现象)正成为我国农业生产的主要方式。这种生产方式不但成功解决了我国农业机械化与小规模土地占有之间的矛盾,还在农村衍生出适应这种生产模式的新型经济关系。The traditional agriculture production mode is changing gradually with the development of the economy and society. A new sort of farming mode under the system of household contract responsibility has become the mainstream agricultural production way in China recently. It not only solves the problem between the agricultural mechanization and small piece of land household successfully, but produces a new type of economic relationship in rural.
