摘  要:目的:研究在刑事案件现场勘查中使用的紫外激光物证探测仪对现场指印、血迹等常见生物检材探测后,对这些检材的DNA STR分型结果是否会产生影响。方法:以紫外激光物证探测仪输出的波长为266nm的紫外激光照射检材,照射距离约30cm,照射时间分别为5分钟、10分钟和30分钟,然后再对检材作DNA提取,采用Identifiler试剂盒扩增,3130遗传分析仪进行STR分型。结果:波长为266nm的紫外激光对指印、血迹、唾液斑、脱落细胞、有毛囊的毛发5种常见生物物证照射后,会对指印、脱落细胞的DNA检验结果产生严重影响,但对血迹、唾液斑、有毛囊的毛发的DNA检验结果影响较小。结论:短波紫外激光照射会对指印等检材的DNA检验结果产生严重影响,因此在现场勘查过程中应慎用紫外激光。Objective: To study the effect about DNA STR typing of biologic evidences such as latent fingerprint, bloodstain,etc after irradiation of UV laser in the criminal scene investigation. Methods: The biologic evidences were shone by UV laser of 266nm for 5min, 10 min, 30rain with 30cm distance. After that DNA were extracted, amplified with Identifiler Kit, detected by 3130 Genotic Analyzer. Results: After sweat, blood, saliva, shed cell and hair were shone by UV laser of 266nm, the DNA STR typing results of sweat and shed cell were effected seriously, and that of blood, saliva and hair were effected gently. Conclusion: Irradiation of UV laser will effect seriously DNA STR typing results of sweat fingerprint. It is cautious to use UV laser in the criminal scene investigation.
