摘　　要：以美国为主导的国际金融一体化,对主权国家货币政策和经济状况的影响不可低估。现有国际货币体系承载着过多的大国利益,长期形成的金融霸权地位短期内不可撼动。标普对美债等级的下调绝非偶然,实际上是对债权人的公然赖账。中国要在国际上获得应有的大国地位,必须坚守自己的底线,保持独立的思考,谋求自己的利益,拥有智慧的抉择。International financial integration headed by the United States has a considerable influence on the monetary policies and economic position of the sovereignty countries. The existing international currency system has borne too much weight of the dominant countries＇ interests, thus the inveterate financial hegemony will not get shaken within a short term. The downgrading of American debts by S ＆ P is by no means accidental,in fact this is undisguised repudiation of debts. To obtain the deserved international power position, China shall stick to the bottom line, maintain independent thinking, strive for its own benefits and make wise decisions.
