摘 要:本文利用21对多态性微卫星标记对河北省红鳍东方鲀(Takifugu rubripes)良种场引进的日本群体和选育的秦皇岛群体进行了遗传结构分析。日本与秦皇岛两个群体的有效等位基因数分别为3.3697和2.8593,期望杂合度分别是0.6516和0.6073,多态信息含量分别是0.6009和0.5509。研究结果表明这两个群体遗传多样性较高,多态信息含量丰富,具有较大的遗传改良和育种潜力。同时,本文通过对21个微卫星座位与日本群体的体长、体重和体高三个经济性状进行最小二乘方差分析,得到6个与经济性状显著相关的微卫星标记,f161、f273与体重显著相关(P<0.05),f170、f501与体长显著相关(P<0.05),而f53、f331与体高显著相关(P<0.05)。对同一标记不同基因型间进行多重比较,找到与4种性状相关的基因型。Twenty-one microsatellite markers were selected to investigate the genetic diversity of two Takifugu rubripes Populations from T. rubripes Quality Fish Farm (Japanese Population and Qinhuangdao Population). The number of effective alleles (Ne) of two populations were 3. 3697, 2. 8593, respectively, the value of expected heterozygosity(He) on two populations were 0. 6516, 0. 6073, respectively and the mean polymorphism information content (PIC) were 0. 6009 and 0. 5509, respectively. The results suggest that two populations were on high level of genetic diversity, providing useful information for genetic improvement and selective breeding. Linkage analysis has been conducted with the genotypes of 21 microsatellite loci and body weight, body length and body height of 96 individuals from Japanese population, suggesting that maker f161 and f273 had a significant impact on body weight(P 〈 0. 05), maker f170 and f501 had a significant corre lation of body length(P 〈 0. 05 ) and maker f53 and f331 had a significant impact on body height(P 〈 0. 05). In addition, four genotypes of these correlative markers were determined.
