摘  要:选择两组罗非鱼(Tilapia)精养池塘作为研究对象,通过设置实验塘和对照塘的方法,研究耕水机的使用对精养池塘水质变化情况和养殖效果的影响。结果表明:与对照池塘相比,实验池塘的水质稳定,池水化学耗氧量的平均值降低了1.56 mg/L,总悬浮物的平均含量下降了24.3028 mg/L,总氨氮的平均浓度下降了0.2418 mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮平均含量下降了0.0718 mg/L;罗非鱼的养殖成活率提高了1.98%,日增重量提高了12.1%,产量提高了65.96 kg/亩,饵料系数塘降低了0.29。耕水机的使用有效改善了养殖水体的水质环境,提高了池塘精养罗非鱼的收益。Eight Tilapia aquaculture ponds were divided into experimental group and control group in this research. The growth of cultivate Tilapia, the water quality and the daily variation of dissolved oxygen of each group were determined for analyzing the effect of applying Biofan to Tilapia aquaculture pond. The results showed that comparing with aquaculture without Biofan, the method reduced consumed oxygen by 1.56 mg/L, total suspended solid by 24. 3028 mg/L, total ammonia nitrogen by 0. 2418 mg/L, nitrite by 0. 0718 mg/L and feed coefficient by 0. 29 per pond; increased survival rate by 1.98% , daily weight increment by 12. 1% , yield by 65.96 per unit area. Test and analysis results showed that using Biofan can improve water environment and increase dissolved oxygen. Using Biofan can maintain the aquaculture water in a good situation and gain better cultured effect of Tilapia. So it has high value of practical application.
