我国男子排球后备人才培养现状及成因研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈和数理统计等方法对我国男排后备人才的培养现状进行研究,结果表明:我国男排后备人才的数量和质量与世界排球强国都有很大的差距。造成这种现状的主要原因有无材参选、训练体制僵化、教练员训练观念落后、技战术落伍、缺乏借鉴和创新、运动竞赛次数较少,退役运动员安置困难、"学训矛盾"突出、社会赞助少、科研设备缺乏等。The methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and mathematical statistics are adopted in the paper to research the present situation of the reserve personnel training of volleyball in China, with the result showing that there is a big gap between China and the world powers in terms of the quantity and quality of volleyball reserve per- sonnel, the reason of which is as follows： there are no talents to select; the training mechanism is rigid; the coaches＂ training concepts are outdated; the techniques and tactics of men＇s volleyball are outdated; there is deficiency of reference and innovation; there are few chances to take part in competitions; it is hard fro the retired players to be reem-ployed; there stands out the ＂ studying -training contradictions＂; there is little social sponsorship and scientific research equipment is scarce, etc..
