摘　　要：石油钻具的科学管理是钻井施工过程中的重要组成部分,为了解决油田多年来沿用传统的钻具定队管理和分级管理模式不能对每一根钻具的使用情况进行准确跟踪和分析,难以使钻具资源得到合理利用的问题,给出了采用RFID无线射频识别技术来对石油钻具进行全程动态监控和预警管理的系统实现方法,该方法为每一根钻具植入一份独一无二的"电子芯片标签",并建立钻具全生命周期的信息管理系统,从而实现了钻具全程动态监控和预警管理,彻底防止因钻具管理弊端造成的问题,提高了钻具管理的效率及准确性,可有效地为安全钻井、高效生产提供帮助。The scientific management of drilling tools is an important part of drilling process. The traditional hierarchical management can not track and analyze the usage of drilling tools, and the resources of drilling tools can＇t be utilized reasonably, for solving these problems, a RFID radio frequency identification technology is introduced to perform whole dynamic monitoring and early warning management for oil drilling tools. The method embedded a unique root electronic chip tags for each drilling tool, established information management system, implemented whole dynamic monitoring and early warning management, and improved management efficiency and drilling accuracy. It is helpful for drilling security and efficient production.
