云南省城镇化发展特征、路径及对策研究

摘　　要：云南省桥头堡建设进程不断加快,按照"科学发展、和谐发展、跨越发展"的新思路和新要求,通过分析云南省城镇化发展进程中经济社会、产业发展、历史轨迹、就业岗位、人口年龄构成等主要影响因素,识别出云南省城镇化发展的主要特征,即横向落后性、纵向同步性、阶段加速性、区域差异性、高首位度性、"T"形集聚性和非农转移性等。结合对云南省城镇化发展趋势的基本判断,研究认为区域城镇群、旅游及边贸特色小镇、农村现代化是云南今后城镇化发展的主要依托路径,并提出未来城镇化发展的主要对策。Yunnan ＂Gateway＂ development has accelerated.Under the guidance of ＂scientific development,harmonious development,leap-development＂concepts,the paper analyzes Yunnan’s economy,society,industry,history,employment,population etc,and concludes Yunnan urbanization characters as follows： lagging be-hind other provinces,temporal simultaneity,acceleration stages,regional discrepancy,high urban primacy ratio,T-shape concentration and non-rural population migration etc.The paper concludes that regional agglomeration,small tourism and commercial towns,and rural modernization are the major paths for future Yunnan urbanization development.New urbanization strategies are proposed.
