摘 要:以菊花(Chrysanthemum morifolium)‘神马’扦插苗为材料,测定其高温胁迫(25~50℃)下叶片生理指标的变化。结果表明:随温度升高,叶片膜透性、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛(MDA)含量先增加后降低再急剧增加,可溶性蛋白含量和SOD活性的变化趋势则截然相反,而POD活性的变化不大。由此可见,在升温初期菊花可以通过自身调节减小高温胁迫对其造成的伤害,但随着胁迫温度不断升高,这种能力逐渐减小。To study the heat tolerance of chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium),the physiological parameters of the leaves of chrysanthemum 'Jinba' under high temperature stress(25 ℃ to 50 ℃) were measured.The results showed that the relative conductivity,the contents of proline and MDA of leaf increased with increasing temperature,then decreased,and finaly increased significantly again.Conversely,soluble protein level and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity showed opposite pattern.However,the change of peroxidase(POD) activity was not obvious.These resultes indicated chrysanthemum could reduce the injury caused by heat stress though self-regulation in the early heating.However,such ability gradually decreased with the increasing temperature.
